Buck Pegg
Founder of Chaparral Boats
Buck Pegg founded Chaparral Boats in Fort Lauderdale in 1965. He serves as executive vice president and over see’s operations of engineering and manufacturing. After 55 years, Buck still plays a major role in our boat building and can often be found in the plant showing employees useful tips and tricks
Rick Hubbell
President of Marine Products Corporation
Mr. Hubbell has been President of Marine Products Corporation since February of 2001. He has also been the President and Chief Executive Officer of RPC, Inc. (oil and gas services) since 1987 and CEO since April 2003. Mr. Hubbell serves on the Board of Directors for both of these companies. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of Rollins Communications, Inc., a media company. He joined Rollins, Inc. in 1970.
Ann Baldree
VP of Sales & Customer Service
Ann Baldree, a native of Nashville, Georgia, began her career with Chaparral Boats in 1981 and over the years has been a visionary and integral part of the leadership of the company. In 2008 she was awarded the coveted Darlene Briggs Woman of the Year and in in 2015 was the first female in the marine industry to receive the STEP Ahead Award. Ann is a corporate Senior Vice President and oversees the sales and customer service operations of the company. Ann is very passionate about the company, its employees, dealers and customers.
Mike Fafard
Engineering
Mike Fafard is the vice president of engineering and has been with Chaparral and Robalo for 15 years!
Ryan Swaims
Marketing Director
Ryan has been with Chaparral for Five years now and currently serves as the Marketing Director. Ryan has been instrumental in developing our website, studio imagery, and our corporate image and direction which includes the award-winning storefront boat show display.
Derek Cornelius
Purchasing Manager
Derek is a supply chain professional overseeing the Purchasing, Warehouse, BOM and Parts Departments. He is in his 28th year of employment with the company, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Valdosta State University, and is Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM). He is a lifelong resident of Nashville, GA.
