Dealer's Room:

Your dealership will receive one complimentary room for up to two people, which will include meals at group functions. This room is allocated for the primary dealership only and does not apply to additional locations. The accommodations are provided by Chaparral and Robalo and only apply to Monday and Tuesday night. Checkout is Wednesday by 11 AM.

Any additional rooms and attendees are the responsibility of your dealership. Should you need an additional room for family members, additional dealership locations or representatives from your dealership during the Dealer Conference, charges, including meals at group functions, per day are as follows: Single (one person) $525 plus taxes and fees, Double (two people) $775 plus taxes and fees. More than two occupants will be charged extra for food. Please refer to the chart above for rates on additional rooms and nights.

*Please note that cancellations must be received by July 17th. If you cancel after July 17th, your dealer account will be charged the full amount of your accommodations.
